Role Overview

We are seeking a commercially minded Strategist to evaluate market opportunities, develop fintech strategies, and translate financial and technology trends into actionable business initiatives.

The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking, financial analysis, market intelligence, and technology awareness to support the development of competitive digital financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strategic frameworks for fintech products and business initiatives.
• Analyse European financial-technology markets and competitive landscapes.
• Identify emerging opportunities across payments, digital banking, financial platforms, and related technologies.
• Conduct market-sizing, customer, competitor, and industry analysis.
• Develop financial and commercial models for strategic initiatives.
• Evaluate new products, technologies, partnerships, and market-entry opportunities.
• Translate research findings into actionable strategic recommendations.
• Monitor fintech trends, customer behaviour, and technological developments.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, investment cases, and strategic reports.
• Work closely with product, finance, technology, risk, and commercial teams.
• Establish measurable objectives for strategic programmes.
• Monitor strategic initiatives and recommend adjustments based on performance data.
• Support long-term business planning and innovation programmes.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Strategy, Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, fintech, banking, investment, or technology.
• Strong financial and quantitative-analysis skills.
• Excellent understanding of digital financial products and technology markets.
• Strong research, structured-thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to develop compelling business cases and strategic recommendations.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong professional English communication skills.
