The Opportunity

We are seeking a commercially minded Senior Fintech Product Strategist to shape the development and growth of sophisticated financial products across digital banking, payments, and embedded-finance services.

This is a strategic role for an experienced product professional who can connect customer needs, financial-market developments, technology capabilities, and commercial objectives into a clear product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategies across digital financial services.
• Research customer behaviour, market trends, competitors, and emerging fintech opportunities.
• Translate complex financial and regulatory requirements into practical product solutions.
• Own product roadmaps, priorities, business cases, and strategic initiatives.
• Work closely with engineering, design, compliance, risk, operations, and commercial teams.
• Establish product KPIs and analyse performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead product discovery, validation, experimentation, and continuous optimisation.
• Identify opportunities involving payments, digital banking, automation, APIs, and embedded finance.
• Present strategic recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience in fintech, financial services, digital banking, payments, or technology-led financial products.
• Strong understanding of modern financial-product development.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex product portfolios or strategic initiatives.
• Excellent commercial, analytical, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong understanding of customer-centric product development and data-driven decision-making.
