Role Overview

We are looking for a RegTech Product Strategy Manager to develop technology-driven solutions that help financial institutions and fintech businesses manage regulatory obligations more efficiently. The successful candidate will combine product management, regulatory technology, process automation, and commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product strategy for regulatory technology and compliance platforms.
• Identify opportunities to automate KYC, AML, regulatory reporting, and compliance workflows.
• Translate regulatory and operational requirements into scalable product solutions.
• Develop product roadmaps, business cases, KPIs, and go-to-market strategies.
• Work closely with compliance, engineering, data, security, and commercial teams.
• Evaluate emerging technologies for automated compliance monitoring and regulatory intelligence.
• Manage product discovery, testing, launch, and continuous optimization.
• Analyze customer feedback and regulatory developments to prioritize product improvements.
• Build strategic relationships with financial institutions, technology providers, and industry partners.

Qualifications & Experience

• 6+ years of experience in fintech, RegTech, compliance technology, banking, or product management.
• Strong understanding of KYC, AML, regulatory reporting, and financial compliance processes.
• Experience developing technology products for regulated industries.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, workflow automation, data platforms, and SaaS products.
• Excellent strategic, analytical, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Experience working with European financial-services regulations is highly desirable.
