We are seeking a Staff Blockchain Infrastructure Engineer to design and operate the infrastructure supporting blockchain-enabled financial products and digital-asset services.

This is a senior technical role for an engineer who understands that production blockchain systems require much more than smart contracts. Reliability, key security, transaction observability, node infrastructure, integration architecture, and operational resilience are equally important.

The Role

You will work across blockchain infrastructure, backend services, cloud platforms, wallet systems, and financial integrations. Your work will help establish secure and highly available infrastructure capable of supporting blockchain-based financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and operate production-grade blockchain infrastructure.
• Manage and optimize blockchain nodes, indexing services, and supporting infrastructure.
• Develop reliable integrations between blockchain networks and fintech platforms.
• Build services for transaction monitoring, confirmation tracking, reconciliation, and settlement.
• Improve infrastructure availability, performance, observability, and disaster recovery.
• Work closely with security teams on wallet infrastructure, key-management processes, and access controls.
• Develop automated deployment and operational tooling.
• Investigate blockchain transaction failures and infrastructure incidents.
• Evaluate new blockchain technologies and assess their technical suitability.
• Establish monitoring and alerting for critical blockchain infrastructure.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership on complex infrastructure decisions.

Candidate Profile

• 7+ years of experience in infrastructure, backend engineering, distributed systems, or platform engineering.
• Strong experience with blockchain infrastructure and production deployments.
• Excellent understanding of distributed systems and networking.
• Strong cloud and Kubernetes experience.
• Experience working with blockchain nodes, RPC services, indexing, or transaction infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of cryptographic concepts and secure infrastructure practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting and systems-engineering skills.
