Role Overview

A forward-looking fintech organization is looking for a Blockchain Infrastructure Engineer to build and maintain secure, scalable infrastructure supporting blockchain-based financial applications. The role focuses on infrastructure reliability, blockchain connectivity, node operations, and integration with conventional financial technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and operate infrastructure for blockchain-based financial applications.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain blockchain nodes and supporting services.
• Develop secure integrations between blockchain networks and fintech platforms.
• Build automated monitoring for network health, transaction processing, and infrastructure performance.
• Improve infrastructure scalability, redundancy, and disaster-recovery capabilities.
• Collaborate with backend, security, DevOps, and product engineering teams.
• Investigate infrastructure incidents and implement long-term corrective measures.
• Evaluate emerging blockchain infrastructure technologies and determine their suitability for production environments.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of professional infrastructure, backend, DevOps, or blockchain engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
• Practical experience with blockchain nodes, RPC services, APIs, and transaction workflows.
• Proficiency with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong understanding of security, observability, and production reliability.
