Blockchain Engineer

Role Overview
The Blockchain Engineer will design, develop, and maintain blockchain infrastructure supporting digital-asset platforms, token-based financial applications, transaction systems, and distributed-ledger integrations. The role combines advanced software engineering with blockchain architecture and cryptographic technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop blockchain-based services and financial applications.
• Design and implement smart contracts and blockchain integrations.
• Build APIs and backend services for blockchain transactions and digital-asset platforms.
• Integrate blockchain networks with conventional fintech infrastructure.
• Optimize transaction-processing systems for scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Implement secure wallet, custody, and asset-transfer functionality.
• Conduct code reviews, testing, debugging, and technical security assessments.
• Monitor blockchain infrastructure and investigate transaction or network anomalies.
• Evaluate emerging blockchain protocols and technologies.
• Collaborate with product, cybersecurity, backend, infrastructure, and risk teams.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation for blockchain architectures and integrations.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Professional experience with blockchain or distributed-ledger technologies.
• Strong programming skills in Solidity, Rust, Go, Python, JavaScript, or comparable languages.
• Knowledge of cryptography, smart contracts, blockchain APIs, and distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of application and infrastructure security.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
