Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially aware Specialist to support agricultural operations, food-production planning, resource management, quality processes, and sustainability initiatives. The successful candidate will work with operational teams to improve productivity, monitor performance, maintain documentation, and support the adoption of modern agricultural and production practices.

This role provides an opportunity to work at the intersection of agriculture, technology, environmental responsibility, and business operations. The successful candidate should be comfortable working with operational data, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and developing practical solutions to production challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Support planning and coordination of agricultural and food-production activities.
• Monitor production processes, resource utilization, and operational performance.
• Collect and analyze production data to identify efficiency opportunities.
• Assist with inventory, materials, equipment, and resource planning.
• Maintain accurate operational, quality, and production records.
• Support quality-control procedures throughout production activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, production teams, and external partners.
• Research modern agricultural technologies and sustainable production practices.
• Assist with initiatives designed to reduce waste and improve resource efficiency.
• Identify operational challenges and support the development of corrective actions.
• Prepare regular performance reports and management summaries.
• Support implementation of digital tools for monitoring, planning, and operational management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Food Science, Environmental Management, Business, Operations, or a related field.
• Previous experience in agriculture, food production, supply chain, operations, or quality management is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Good understanding of production processes and operational planning.
• Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
• Ability to work with spreadsheets, databases, and digital management systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.
• Professional English proficiency; Estonian language skills are an advantage.
