We are looking for an accomplished Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of digital payment products serving customers across Estonia and broader European markets.

You will take ownership from discovery through delivery, working closely with engineering, design, compliance, operations, analytics, and commercial teams. The role requires someone who can understand both the technical mechanics of payments and the customer experience surrounding them.

Your Mandate

You will be responsible for transforming customer and market needs into payment products that are intuitive, reliable, secure, and commercially sustainable.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for digital payment capabilities.
• Research customer needs, market developments, and emerging payment behaviours.
• Translate business requirements into clear product specifications.
• Work with engineers and architects to define technically viable solutions.
• Develop payment journeys that minimise friction while maintaining appropriate controls.
• Coordinate product launches across technology, operations, compliance, and commercial functions.
• Establish product KPIs and continuously monitor performance.
• Analyse payment conversion, transaction success, customer engagement, and operational metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve payment acceptance and customer experience.
• Support integrations with banking, payment, identity, and technology partners.
• Maintain a prioritised roadmap based on customer value, business impact, technical complexity, and risk.
• Contribute to expansion of payment capabilities across European markets.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of product-management experience, preferably within payments, fintech, banking, or financial technology.
• Strong understanding of payment flows, APIs, digital wallets, account services, or transaction platforms.
• Demonstrated experience taking products from discovery through production.
• Strong analytical and commercial capabilities.
• Experience working closely with software engineering and UX teams.
• Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving international environment.
• Professional fluency in English; additional European-language capability is an advantage.
