Core Banking Product Manager

Shape the Next Generation of Digital Banking

We are seeking a Core Banking Product Manager to lead the evolution of banking products, platforms, and customer-facing financial services.

This is a strategic product role for an experienced professional who understands how banking infrastructure, customer experience, technology, and commercial objectives come together to create scalable financial products.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for core or digital banking capabilities.
• Translate customer, market, and business requirements into clear product specifications.
• Work closely with engineering, UX, operations, risk, compliance, and commercial teams.
• Define product requirements for accounts, payments, transfers, cards, and related banking services.
• Analyse customer behaviour and product performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Prioritise initiatives according to customer value, business impact, risk, and technical feasibility.
• Coordinate product launches, enhancements, and lifecycle management.
• Establish product KPIs and provide performance reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Monitor developments across banking technology and digital financial services.
• Contribute to long-term banking platform and product strategy.

Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years of product management experience in banking, fintech, payments, or financial technology.
• Strong understanding of banking products and digital customer journeys.
• Experience working with software and technology teams.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to translate complex financial requirements into practical product solutions.
• Excellent communication and decision-making capabilities.
