We are looking for a Blockchain Product Manager to lead product development across blockchain-enabled financial and technology solutions.

You will operate between customers, business leadership, engineering, design, compliance, and security teams—turning complex blockchain capabilities into products that are commercially relevant, intuitive, and scalable.

What You Will Own

• Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities.
• Identify market opportunities across blockchain and digital-asset applications.
• Conduct customer and market research to validate product opportunities.
• Translate requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
• Work closely with engineering teams throughout product development.
• Coordinate product discovery, development, testing, launch, and optimisation.
• Define KPIs covering adoption, engagement, retention, revenue, and product performance.
• Evaluate blockchain platforms and technologies against product requirements.
• Work with compliance and risk teams to incorporate appropriate controls into product design.
• Present product strategy and performance to senior stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years of product-management experience in technology, fintech, payments, banking, or Web3.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and digital-asset ecosystems.
• Experience taking technology products from concept through production.
• Strong analytical and commercial thinking.
• Comfortable working with engineers and translating technical concepts into product requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills.
• Strong customer-centric approach to product development.
