Key Responsibilities
- Design advanced fraud-detection architectures combining real-time transaction monitoring, behavioral analytics, device intelligence, and risk scoring.
- Develop machine-learning and rules-based detection frameworks for account takeover, payment fraud, synthetic identities, transaction laundering, and coordinated attacks.

- Establish fraud experimentation frameworks for testing new detection strategies without unnecessarily increasing customer friction.
- Develop monitoring systems for false positives, fraud losses, model drift, detection coverage, and operational effectiveness.
- Work closely with cybersecurity, compliance, payments, and product teams to strengthen the overall financial-risk architecture.
Qualifications & Experience
- 6+ years of experience in fraud engineering, risk technology, financial crime analytics, machine learning engineering, or related fields.
- Strong Python and SQL capabilities, with experience building production-grade analytical systems.
- Knowledge of real-time data processing, feature engineering, graph analytics, and machine-learning pipelines.
- Experience with payment fraud, digital banking risk, card transactions, or online financial services.
- Strong understanding of data governance, model monitoring, and secure financial-data processing.
What We Offer
- Ownership of advanced fraud-intelligence technology with measurable business impact.
- Access to large-scale financial transaction and behavioral data environments.
- A technically challenging role combining fintech, AI, cybersecurity, and data engineering.
- Competitive remuneration and opportunities for long-term career growth in Estonia’s technology sector.
