Role Overview
The Operations Coordinator will support the execution of daily operational processes across financial technology services. The position combines administrative coordination, process monitoring, documentation, reporting, and cross-functional communication to ensure that operational activities progress smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational activities across assigned fintech functions.
• Monitor workflows and ensure tasks are completed within established timelines.
• Maintain operational records, trackers, schedules, and process documentation.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Coordinate information between technology, finance, customer service, compliance, and management teams.
• Track transaction-related administrative issues and ensure appropriate escalation.
• Support reconciliation, documentation, and operational-control activities.
• Organize meetings and follow up on agreed actions.
• Assist with the implementation of new operational procedures and systems.
• Identify process bottlenecks and recommend practical improvements.
• Maintain accurate databases and internal records.
• Support management with operational analysis and administrative reporting.

Candidate Profile

• Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, Banking, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Experience in financial operations, fintech, banking, administration, or business support.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Excellent Excel and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
