Investment Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Investment Operations Manager to oversee the operational infrastructure supporting digital investment products and financial services. The successful candidate will coordinate transaction processing, portfolio administration, operational controls, and service delivery while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong operational governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational activities supporting investment and digital wealth products.
• Oversee transaction processing, settlements, reconciliations, and account administration.
• Establish procedures for improving operational accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor exceptions and coordinate timely resolution of operational issues.
• Collaborate with finance, technology, product, risk, and customer-service teams.
• Develop operational performance reports and management dashboards.
• Support the implementation of new investment products and financial platforms.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive operational processes.
• Maintain strong internal controls across investment operations.
• Lead process-improvement initiatives and operational transformation projects.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Professional experience in investment operations, asset management, banking, or fintech.
• Strong understanding of financial transactions, reconciliations, and operational controls.
• Excellent analytical and organisational abilities.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
