We are seeking an accomplished Institutional FX Relationship Manager to develop and manage relationships with professional clients across the foreign-exchange ecosystem.

The position combines institutional relationship management, FX market expertise, commercial development, and solution design. You will act as a strategic point of contact for clients while coordinating internally with dealing, liquidity, operations, technology, risk, and compliance teams.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with institutional and professional FX clients.
• Understand client trading requirements, liquidity needs, execution preferences, and operational structures.
• Present appropriate FX trading and technology solutions.
• Support client onboarding and implementation processes.
• Coordinate with dealing and liquidity teams to address execution requirements.
• Monitor client activity and identify opportunities for service improvement.
• Prepare client reviews, market updates, and commercial reports.
• Work with product teams to communicate market and client requirements.
• Resolve complex service issues through coordinated internal action.
• Maintain accurate client documentation and CRM records.
• Ensure client engagement remains aligned with applicable regulatory and internal requirements.

Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years of experience in institutional FX, brokerage, investment banking, treasury, payments, or capital markets.
• Strong knowledge of FX products, execution models, liquidity, and electronic trading.
• Experience managing professional or institutional relationships.
• Strong commercial and negotiation capabilities.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to understand complex financial-technology solutions and explain them clearly.
• Strong understanding of client-service controls and regulatory expectations.
