We are looking for a Forex Technology Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of complex technology initiatives supporting modern foreign-exchange trading infrastructure.

The role is ideal for an experienced technology professional who can operate comfortably between engineering teams, product leadership, trading specialists, vendors, and senior stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of major FX technology programmes from discovery through production.
• Coordinate engineering teams working on trading platforms, APIs, pricing infrastructure, and execution services.
• Translate business and trading requirements into structured technical delivery plans.
• Manage project scope, dependencies, milestones, risks, and delivery priorities.
• Coordinate integrations with liquidity providers, financial APIs, market-data systems, and third-party platforms.
• Establish delivery standards for testing, deployment, documentation, and operational readiness.
• Work closely with security, compliance, risk, and infrastructure teams.
• Monitor platform performance and coordinate resolution of critical technology issues.
• Drive continuous improvements across development and release processes.
• Provide clear programme reporting to senior technology and business leadership.

Ideal Candidate

• 7+ years of experience in technology delivery, fintech, financial software, banking technology, or trading systems.
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex technology programmes.
• Strong understanding of APIs, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and financial platforms.
• Practical knowledge of FX trading or electronic financial markets.
• Experience working with Agile and cross-functional engineering teams.
• Strong leadership, organisation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
