An innovative fintech organisation in Estonia is seeking a Financial Product Growth Manager to lead initiatives that improve customer acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and commercial performance across digital financial products.

This is a data-led role combining fintech product management, customer behaviour, experimentation, commercial strategy, and analytics.

Your Mission

You will work across product and commercial teams to understand where customers encounter friction and develop measurable initiatives that improve the complete product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth strategies for digital banking, payment, and fintech products.
• Analyse customer journeys to identify acquisition and activation opportunities.
• Design experiments to improve conversion, engagement, and retention.
• Establish product-growth KPIs and measurement frameworks.
• Work with data teams to analyse customer behaviour and product performance.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to prioritise growth initiatives.
• Develop customer segmentation and lifecycle strategies.
• Evaluate pricing, onboarding, product packaging, and engagement opportunities.
• Coordinate A/B testing and controlled product experiments where appropriate.
• Translate analytical findings into practical product improvements.
• Monitor market developments and emerging fintech customer expectations.
• Present growth plans and performance insights to senior leadership.

What You Bring

You should have experience in fintech, digital banking, payments, SaaS, consumer technology, or product growth.

Strong analytical capabilities and familiarity with SQL, product analytics, experimentation frameworks, customer journey analysis, digital onboarding, and financial product metrics would be advantageous.

Experience working closely with engineering, product design, marketing, data science, and commercial teams is highly relevant.
