We are looking for a FX Trading Platform Product Manager to take ownership of the evolution of a sophisticated digital trading environment serving professional and institutional users.

The role combines product strategy, FX-market knowledge, technology, user experience, and operational excellence. You will work closely with engineering and trading specialists to turn complex market requirements into intuitive, scalable financial technology.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for FX trading and execution capabilities.
• Translate trader and client requirements into clear product specifications.
• Define functionality covering pricing, execution, orders, positions, reporting, and account management.
• Analyse trading behaviour, platform performance, and user feedback.
• Work with engineering teams to prioritise development initiatives.
• Coordinate integrations with liquidity providers, market-data sources, and financial APIs.
• Define product KPIs and monitor platform performance.
• Lead feature discovery, testing, rollout, and post-launch optimisation.
• Collaborate with risk, compliance, operations, and cybersecurity teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve execution workflows and overall platform usability.

Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years in fintech, FX, brokerage, trading technology, payments, or digital financial products.
• Proven experience managing complex technology products.
• Solid understanding of FX trading and electronic execution.
• Experience working with APIs, financial platforms, data products, or trading infrastructure.
• Strong analytical and product-management capabilities.
• Comfortable working with engineering teams in Agile environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
