A technology-enabled financial-services company in Estonia is seeking an analytical FX Trading Operations Analyst to support the complete operational lifecycle of foreign-exchange transactions.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented financial professional who understands the relationship between trading activity, transaction processing, reconciliations, settlement, controls, and client service.

What You Will Own

• Monitor daily FX trading and transaction-processing activities.
• Validate trade details and ensure accurate transaction capture.
• Perform trade, cash, and position reconciliations.
• Investigate settlement discrepancies and operational exceptions.
• Coordinate with trading, treasury, finance, counterparties, and banking partners.
• Monitor transaction status throughout the post-trade lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate operational records and supporting documentation.
• Assist with settlement and payment-related processes.
• Identify recurring operational issues and recommend process improvements.
• Support the implementation of automated operational controls.
• Prepare daily and periodic operational reports.
• Contribute to internal-control testing and operational-risk assessments.
• Assist with new-product and new-process implementation from an operational perspective.

Candidate Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in FX operations, banking operations, brokerage, payments, treasury, or financial services.
• Good understanding of the FX trade lifecycle.
• Experience with reconciliations, settlements, transaction processing, and exception management.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Comfortable working with Excel and financial systems.
• Familiarity with trading platforms, payment systems, or market-data applications.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively across trading, technology, finance, and compliance teams.
• Professional English communication skills.
