We are looking for a Banking Operations Manager to oversee critical operational processes across account services, payments, reconciliations, customer operations, and financial controls.

The role is suited to an experienced banking professional who combines operational discipline with a strong interest in technology-driven process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily banking operations and ensure efficient service delivery.
• Oversee payment processing, account administration, reconciliations, and operational workflows.
• Establish and monitor operational controls and service standards.
• Identify process weaknesses and implement improvements.
• Coordinate operational activities across customer service, finance, risk, and technology teams.
• Monitor operational performance and develop management reports.
• Support incident management and resolution of payment or account-processing issues.
• Contribute to automation and digitalisation of banking processes.
• Maintain accurate operational documentation and procedures.
• Support internal audits, control reviews, and regulatory requirements.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in banking operations, financial services, payments, or fintech.
• Strong understanding of banking processes and financial transaction workflows.
• Experience with reconciliation, payment operations, controls, and operational reporting.
• Strong analytical and organisational capabilities.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams or operational projects.
• Excellent attention to detail and process-management skills.
• Comfortable working with technology-enabled financial operations.
