We are seeking an FX Reconciliation Specialist to ensure that foreign-exchange transactions and financial records remain accurate, complete, and properly aligned across internal and external systems.

The position is ideal for a detail-oriented financial professional who enjoys investigating discrepancies and understanding how transactions move from execution through settlement.

You will work across trading records, broker statements, payment information, settlement data, and internal financial systems.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform daily reconciliation of FX trades and related financial records.
• Compare internal transaction records against broker, bank, and liquidity-provider information.
• Identify unmatched trades, settlement differences, duplicate records, and other discrepancies.
• Investigate the underlying causes of reconciliation breaks.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve outstanding exceptions.
• Monitor settlement status and follow up on delayed or failed transactions.
• Maintain accurate reconciliation records and supporting documentation.
• Prepare regular reconciliation and exception reports.
• Identify recurring discrepancies and recommend process improvements.
• Assist with testing when new brokers, liquidity providers, or trading systems are introduced.
• Support internal control procedures around financial transactions.
• Ensure sensitive financial information is handled appropriately.
• Maintain clear audit trails for reconciliation activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in FX, banking, brokerage, treasury, financial operations, payments, or accounting.
• Understanding of trade lifecycles and settlement processes.
• Strong numerical and analytical ability.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills.
• Experience working with financial systems or reconciliation platforms.
• Ability to investigate discrepancies independently.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines without compromising accuracy.
• Professional English communication skills.
