An Estonia-based financial technology business is looking for an accomplished FX Platform Product Manager to lead the evolution of digital foreign-exchange products and services.

This is a product leadership role for someone who understands that successful FX technology requires more than an attractive interface. Pricing, liquidity, execution, risk, payments, compliance, data, and customer experience must operate as one integrated ecosystem.

Your Mission

You will own the product direction for selected components of an FX platform, translating market requirements and customer needs into scalable digital products.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and development priorities for FX services.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps across trading, conversion, pricing, and related financial workflows.
• Translate customer and business requirements into detailed product specifications.
• Work closely with engineering, UX, data, risk, compliance, and operations teams.
• Analyse FX-market developments and identify opportunities for new functionality.
• Evaluate pricing, liquidity, execution, and transaction workflows from a product perspective.
• Establish measurable product objectives and performance indicators.
• Lead discovery, prioritisation, testing, launch, and continuous product improvement.
• Analyse user behaviour and operational data to identify areas for optimisation.
• Coordinate product releases across multiple technical and business stakeholders.
• Ensure product development incorporates appropriate regulatory and risk considerations.

Experience & Qualifications

• 5+ years of product-management experience in fintech, banking, payments, brokerage, FX, or financial software.
• Strong understanding of digital FX products and financial-market workflows.
• Experience managing complex technology products from discovery through production.
• Strong understanding of APIs, digital platforms, data, and software-development lifecycles.
• Excellent analytical and commercial reasoning.
• Strong stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working within regulated financial services is highly advantageous.
