We are looking for a Bitcoin Product Manager to lead the development of products and services built around Bitcoin and blockchain-based financial infrastructure.

This role combines product strategy, customer research, financial technology, blockchain concepts, compliance considerations, and technology delivery. You will work with engineering, security, operations, compliance, and commercial teams to turn product opportunities into practical services.

The Role

You will own selected Bitcoin product initiatives from discovery through launch and continuous improvement. Areas may include Bitcoin wallets, transaction services, custody-related technology, blockchain analytics, payment experiences, and institutional digital-asset capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmaps for Bitcoin-related services.
• Research customer requirements and market developments.
• Translate customer and business needs into product requirements.
• Prioritise product backlogs and development initiatives.
• Work closely with engineers and blockchain specialists on technical implementation.
• Develop requirements for wallet, transaction, and blockchain-related capabilities.
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams on product controls.
• Analyse product performance, user behaviour, and transaction metrics.
• Coordinate product testing, launches, and post-launch optimisation.
• Develop clear product documentation and business requirements.
• Evaluate emerging Bitcoin technologies and potential product applications.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and external technology providers where required.
• Establish meaningful KPIs for product performance and adoption.

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of product-management experience.
• Experience in fintech, payments, digital assets, banking, or financial technology.
• Strong practical understanding of Bitcoin and blockchain technology.
• Experience working with engineering teams on technically complex products.
• Strong analytical and commercial capabilities.
• Understanding of digital-asset security and operational considerations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working within European financial-services environments is advantageous.
