We are seeking an experienced Fintech Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of digital financial products within a technology-driven environment in Estonia.

This position is suited to a product professional who understands the intersection of customer needs, financial services, technology, commercial objectives, and regulatory requirements. You will take ownership of product initiatives from discovery through delivery and continuous optimisation.

The Role

You will work closely with engineering, design, data, compliance, operations, and commercial teams to define product direction and deliver financial solutions that are secure, intuitive, scalable, and commercially viable.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, objectives, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
• Conduct customer and market research to identify product opportunities.
• Translate business and customer requirements into clear product specifications.
• Prioritise product backlogs according to customer value, business objectives, risk, and technical considerations.
• Lead product discovery, planning, development, launch, and optimisation.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects on technical feasibility and implementation.
• Work with compliance and risk teams to incorporate appropriate financial-services controls.
• Analyse product performance, customer behaviour, and commercial metrics.
• Coordinate product launches and cross-functional implementation activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve digital payment, banking, onboarding, or financial-management experiences.
• Manage stakeholder expectations across technical and business teams.
• Establish product KPIs and use data to drive continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of product-management experience.
• Experience in fintech, banking, payments, financial technology, or SaaS.
• Strong understanding of digital financial products.
• Proven experience managing products through the full lifecycle.
• Excellent analytical and commercial reasoning.
• Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.
• Experience working with Agile product-development teams.
• Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms, data products, or financial infrastructure is advantageous.
