We are seeking an experienced Fintech Platform Product Manager to lead the evolution of core technology platforms supporting digital financial products in Estonia.

This is a strategic product role for someone who understands that successful fintech products depend on strong underlying infrastructure. You will work across engineering, architecture, payments, data, operations, risk, and commercial teams to define platform capabilities that can support multiple products and markets.

The Role

You will own platform strategy and prioritisation across areas such as financial APIs, account services, payment infrastructure, identity, transaction processing, and internal financial technology capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the platform product vision, roadmap, and strategic priorities.
• Identify reusable capabilities that can support multiple fintech products.
• Translate business requirements into platform-level product specifications.
• Work closely with architects and engineers on technical feasibility and implementation.
• Prioritise platform initiatives based on business value, technical risk, scalability, and operational requirements.
• Define APIs, integrations, workflows, and platform capabilities from a product perspective.
• Collaborate with payments and financial-services teams on transaction infrastructure.
• Establish product KPIs and monitor platform performance.
• Coordinate platform launches, migrations, and major technology improvements.
• Work with security, compliance, and risk teams to incorporate appropriate controls.
• Analyse platform usage and identify opportunities for optimisation.
• Communicate platform strategy and progress to senior stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• 6+ years of product-management experience.
• Strong background in fintech, banking, payments, SaaS platforms, or financial technology.
• Experience managing technical or platform products.
• Strong understanding of APIs, distributed systems, cloud platforms, and integrations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with engineers and senior business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and prioritisation capabilities.
• Experience with Agile product development and roadmap management.
• Professional English communication skills.
