A professional foreign-exchange environment in Estonia is seeking an FX Operations Administrator to support the smooth administration of trading activities, transaction processing, documentation, reconciliations, and daily operational workflows.

This role is suited to a highly organised professional who understands that efficient administration is essential to accurate and controlled financial-market operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily administrative activities supporting FX trading operations.
• Maintain accurate records of trades, transactions, confirmations, and operational documentation.
• Reconcile trading activity against internal systems and external counterparties.
• Monitor transaction status and escalate discrepancies promptly.
• Support settlement and post-trade processing activities.
• Maintain organised records relating to trading accounts, counterparties, and operational procedures.
• Prepare daily and periodic operational reports.
• Coordinate with traders, finance, compliance, and external service providers.
• Assist with onboarding and maintenance of counterparty and trading-platform information.
• Support internal audits and operational-control reviews.
• Identify administrative inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure sensitive financial information is handled according to internal security and confidentiality requirements.

Candidate Profile

• 2–5 years of experience in financial administration, FX operations, banking operations, payments, or a related environment.
• Strong organisational and documentation skills.
• Good understanding of financial transactions and post-trade processes.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, financial systems, and digital documentation platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within time-sensitive environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional English proficiency.
