An established international financial-services environment in Estonia is seeking a Forex Account Operations Specialist to support the administration and operational management of forex trading accounts. Position Overview

The successful candidate will help maintain accurate account records, coordinate account-related requests, support transaction administration, and work closely with internal teams to ensure that forex accounts are managed efficiently. Core Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day administration of forex trading accounts and related records.
• Review account documentation and ensure information is complete, accurate, and properly maintained.

• Assist with deposits, withdrawals, account adjustments, and transaction-related enquiries.
• Investigate account discrepancies and coordinate resolutions with relevant internal departments.
• Maintain accurate customer and transaction records across internal systems.
• Support periodic account reviews and operational quality-control checks.
• Prepare reports relating to account activity, operational issues, and outstanding requests.
• Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and improve service efficiency.
• Maintain strict confidentiality when handling financial and customer information.

Professional Requirements

• Previous experience in forex, banking, brokerage, payments, financial administration, or a related field.
• Understanding of trading accounts, financial transactions, and basic forex operations.
• Strong administrative and organizational capabilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately with sensitive information.
• Comfortable using CRM platforms, financial systems, spreadsheets, and digital documentation tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with compliance, operations, finance, and customer-support teams.
• Professional English proficiency; additional European-language skills are an advantage.
