An ambitious financial technology organisation in Estonia is looking for a Fintech Product Strategy Manager to lead the development and evolution of digital financial products. This is a commercially focused position for a strategic product professional who can connect customer needs, technology capabilities, market opportunities, and business objectives.

What You Will Lead

You will own strategic product initiatives from opportunity identification through execution and continuous improvement. Working closely with technology, operations, compliance, analytics, and commercial teams, you will help transform complex financial-services requirements into intuitive digital experiences.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop product strategies for digital payments, financial accounts, transaction services, and fintech platforms.
• Research customer behaviour, competitive developments, and emerging financial technology trends.
• Define product roadmaps, priorities, success metrics, and commercial objectives.
• Translate customer and business requirements into clear product specifications.
• Work with engineering and design teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Analyse product performance and identify opportunities for optimisation and growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving compliance, risk, operations, and technology.
• Support pricing, positioning, launch planning, and market-expansion initiatives.
• Present product strategies and performance insights to senior leadership.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in product management, product strategy, financial services, or fintech.
• Strong understanding of digital financial products and payment ecosystems.
• Excellent analytical and commercial decision-making abilities.
• Experience managing product roadmaps and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Ability to interpret customer data and convert insights into product decisions.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• A structured approach to prioritisation and execution.
