Position Overview

We are seeking a commercially strong Digital Finance Product Manager to lead the development and optimisation of technology-enabled financial products.

The position is designed for a product professional who understands both customer experience and the operational realities of financial services. You will own products from discovery through delivery, working with engineering, design, analytics, compliance, operations, and commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle from discovery and strategy through launch and continuous optimisation.
• Define product vision, roadmap, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
• Identify opportunities across digital banking, payments, financial accounts, APIs, and embedded financial services.
• Conduct market and customer research to identify unmet needs and emerging opportunities.
• Convert customer and business requirements into clear product specifications.
• Work closely with engineering and UX teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
• Establish product KPIs and use behavioural and financial data to guide decisions.
• Coordinate product launches and manage dependencies across multiple teams.
• Evaluate competitive developments and emerging fintech technologies.
• Balance customer experience, commercial objectives, operational requirements, security, and regulatory considerations.
• Present product strategy and performance updates to senior stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of product-management experience in fintech, banking, payments, SaaS, or financial technology.
• Demonstrated experience taking complex digital products from concept to production.
• Strong understanding of financial products, digital customer journeys, and technology platforms.
• Excellent product discovery, prioritisation, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Comfortable working with engineers, designers, analysts, compliance professionals, and executives.
• Strong commercial awareness and data-driven decision-making ability.
• Experience in a regulated financial environment is highly advantageous.
