A technology-led fintech business in Estonia is looking for an AI Financial Intelligence Manager to develop data-driven capabilities that improve financial decision-making, customer insight, risk management, and operational efficiency.

This is a deliberately cross-functional role combining artificial intelligence, financial data, analytics, and business strategy.

What You Will Own

You will lead initiatives that turn large volumes of financial and customer data into practical intelligence. Working with data scientists, engineers, product teams, risk specialists, and business leaders, you will help determine where AI and advanced analytics can deliver measurable value.

Responsibilities

• Develop an AI and advanced-analytics roadmap aligned with fintech business priorities.
• Identify opportunities to apply machine learning to financial operations and customer experiences.
• Lead analytical initiatives involving transaction behaviour, customer intelligence, forecasting, and risk.
• Partner with data scientists and engineers to translate business problems into scalable analytical solutions.
• Establish appropriate performance measures for AI-driven products and models.
• Evaluate model outputs and identify opportunities for optimisation.
• Work with risk and compliance teams to promote responsible use of AI in financial services.
• Communicate analytical findings and AI opportunities to senior business stakeholders.
• Monitor developments in financial AI, machine learning, automation, and intelligent decision systems.
• Support the integration of AI capabilities into digital financial products and internal operations.

Candidate Profile

You should combine strong analytical thinking with a practical understanding of financial technology.

You will ideally have:

• Experience in fintech, banking, financial analytics, AI, data science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of machine-learning and data-driven decision-making concepts.
• Experience working with large financial or transactional datasets.
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, data platforms, or analytical environments.
• Strong commercial and strategic judgement.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary technology or analytics projects.
