We are looking for an experienced Fintech Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of sophisticated digital financial products for a technology-driven financial services environment in Estonia. This position is suited to a product professional who combines commercial awareness with strong knowledge of financial technology, customer journeys, digital payments, and regulated financial services.

The successful candidate will take ownership of product strategy from discovery through delivery, working closely with engineering, design, compliance, operations, risk, and commercial teams to transform complex financial requirements into intuitive, scalable products.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain product vision, strategy, roadmap, and measurable product objectives.
• Identify opportunities across digital payments, account services, financial platforms, transaction processing, and embedded finance.
• Translate customer and business requirements into clear product specifications and prioritised development backlogs.
• Work closely with engineering and UX teams throughout discovery, development, testing, and release cycles.
• Analyse customer behaviour, product performance, transaction trends, and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate product launches and ensure new functionality meets quality, security, compliance, and operational requirements.
• Collaborate with compliance and risk teams to ensure products are designed around applicable regulatory expectations.
• Develop meaningful KPIs and monitor adoption, retention, transaction activity, revenue contribution, and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify emerging fintech opportunities.
• Represent product requirements across senior stakeholder meetings and strategic planning sessions.
• Continuously improve existing products through experimentation, customer feedback, analytics, and structured product reviews.

Candidate Profile

You should have substantial experience managing digital products within fintech, banking, payments, financial software, or another technology-intensive financial environment. Strong commercial judgement is important, but equally valuable is the ability to work comfortably with technical teams and understand how financial products are actually built and operated.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• Strong product management experience within fintech or financial technology.
• Understanding of payments, digital banking, financial platforms, or related products.
• Experience managing product roadmaps and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Familiarity with Agile product development methodologies.
• Ability to interpret customer, market, and operational data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Practical understanding of risk, security, compliance, and regulatory considerations.
• Ability to operate independently while maintaining strong collaboration across departments.
