A technology-driven financial services environment is seeking a highly organised Fintech Operations Specialist to support the smooth execution of daily operational processes across digital financial products and services. This role is suited to a detail-oriented professional who can work accurately across financial records, operational workflows, internal systems, and customer-related processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor day-to-day fintech operational activities.
• Maintain accurate digital records, transaction documentation, and operational files.
• Process and verify routine financial and customer information in accordance with established procedures.
• Support account, payment, onboarding, and service-related administrative workflows.
• Reconcile operational records and escalate discrepancies for resolution.
• Prepare internal reports, summaries, spreadsheets, and operational documentation.
• Liaise with compliance, finance, customer support, technology, and product teams when operational issues require coordination.
• Maintain organised documentation for audits, reviews, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor workflow queues and ensure assigned activities are completed within agreed timelines.
• Identify recurring administrative issues and contribute practical process improvements.

Candidate Profile

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Banking, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in fintech, banking, payments, financial services, or a technology-enabled operations environment.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to numerical and documentary accuracy.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, CRM platforms, and digital business systems.
• Good understanding of confidentiality and financial-data handling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities without compromising accuracy.
