About the Opportunity

We are looking for a detail-oriented Fintech Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day administration of financial technology services, internal workflows, client records, transaction processes, and operational documentation.

This is a hands-on individual-contributor role suited to an organised professional who can manage multiple administrative processes while maintaining a high standard of accuracy, confidentiality, and regulatory awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily administrative workflows across fintech operations.
• Maintain accurate customer, transaction, and operational records.
• Process internal requests and ensure documentation is complete and properly filed.
• Assist with account-opening and account-maintenance procedures.
• Coordinate information between operations, compliance, finance, and customer-support teams.
• Prepare operational reports, spreadsheets, reconciliations, and documentation.
• Monitor workflow queues and follow up on outstanding administrative tasks.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of compliance-related records.
• Identify inconsistencies in documentation and escalate issues through established procedures.
• Assist with internal audits, process reviews, and operational reporting.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling financial and customer information.

Candidate Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in fintech, banking, financial services, payments, or a comparable administrative environment.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Good understanding of financial-service workflows and digital platforms.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
• Comfortable working with structured processes, deadlines, and digital systems.

Professional Profile

The ideal candidate is methodical, dependable, technology-aware, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving financial environment. Experience with CRM systems, payment platforms, KYC documentation, or operational databases will be valuable.
