We are looking for a Fintech Implementation Specialist to support the introduction, configuration, testing, and operational rollout of financial technology solutions.

You will work across technology, operations, payments, finance, and external partners to help move new fintech capabilities from preparation into reliable day-to-day operation.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of fintech platforms, payment services, financial integrations, and operational systems.
• Coordinate implementation activities between internal teams and external technology or financial partners.
• Gather operational requirements and translate them into clear implementation tasks.
• Assist with system configuration, data preparation, testing, and deployment activities.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and document test results and outstanding issues.
• Track implementation dependencies, technical requirements, and operational readiness.
• Investigate implementation issues and coordinate their resolution with appropriate specialists.
• Support data migration, system validation, and post-deployment checks where required.
• Prepare implementation documentation, operating procedures, and internal support materials.
• Monitor newly implemented services during initial operational periods.
• Identify implementation risks and escalate issues that could affect timelines, financial processing, or customer experience.
• Contribute to post-implementation reviews and process improvements.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in fintech, banking technology, payments, software implementation, business operations, or technology projects.
• Strong understanding of digital financial products and operational workflows.
• Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
• Experience with testing, system configuration, implementation documentation, or operational readiness.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and communicate them clearly.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
• Familiarity with APIs, payment systems, databases, cloud platforms, or financial software is advantageous.
• Degree or equivalent professional experience in Technology, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
