Lead the strategic development of embedded-finance initiatives that integrate financial products into digital platforms, marketplaces, and technology ecosystems. This role combines fintech strategy, commercial development, financial infrastructure, and partnership management.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for embedded-finance and financial-platform initiatives.
• Identify new opportunities across payments, accounts, lending infrastructure, card services, and financial APIs.
• Build and manage relationships with banks, payment institutions, technology providers, and strategic partners.
• Evaluate partnership opportunities, commercial models, and potential market expansion initiatives.
• Lead negotiations involving commercial terms, service models, technology integration, and operational responsibilities.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across product, engineering, legal, compliance, finance, and operations.
• Develop business cases, financial models, investment assessments, and executive recommendations.
• Monitor European fintech developments, competitive activity, customer trends, and emerging financial technologies.
• Establish performance metrics for strategic partnerships and embedded-finance programmes.
• Present strategic opportunities and performance reviews to senior leadership.

Professional Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Technology, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in fintech, banking, payments, technology, consulting, or strategic partnerships.
• Demonstrable experience managing complex commercial relationships.
• Strong understanding of financial products, payment infrastructure, and digital platforms.
• Excellent negotiation, financial-analysis, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate market opportunities into executable programmes.
• Experience within the European financial-services environment is highly advantageous.
