Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Director to provide strategic leadership across fintech operations, digital financial products, commercial performance, and organisational transformation. The position will work across business and technology functions to develop scalable operating models and drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic initiatives across digital financial services.
• Establish operational and commercial objectives aligned with long-term business priorities.
• Lead cross-functional teams spanning product, technology, finance, operations, and risk.
• Evaluate new fintech opportunities, markets, products, and strategic partnerships.
• Monitor business performance through financial and operational KPIs.
• Oversee major transformation and process-optimisation programmes.
• Develop business cases, investment analyses, and strategic recommendations.
• Strengthen operational governance, performance management, and internal controls.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology and automation.
• Present strategic analysis and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Manage complex stakeholder relationships across internal and external functions.
• Establish frameworks for measuring the performance of strategic initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Technology, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in fintech, banking, consulting, technology, or financial services.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in complex, technology-driven environments.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Excellent strategic planning and analytical capabilities.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong executive communication and negotiation skills.
