Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Finance Product Director to lead the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of technology-enabled financial products. The successful candidate will operate at the intersection of financial services, technology, customer experience, and commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy across digital financial services.
• Lead the product lifecycle from market discovery and business cases through launch and optimization.
• Identify opportunities across digital banking, payments, financial platforms, and embedded finance.
• Translate customer and market needs into scalable product requirements.
• Establish product roadmaps, priorities, KPIs, and commercial objectives.
• Coordinate product, engineering, design, data, compliance, and commercial teams.
• Use customer analytics and market intelligence to improve product performance.
• Manage strategic partnerships with technology and financial-services providers.
• Present product strategy, performance, and investment priorities to senior leadership.

Qualifications & Experience

• 8+ years of product management experience, preferably within fintech or financial services.
• Proven experience leading complex digital products from concept to scale.
• Strong understanding of payments, digital banking, APIs, financial platforms, or embedded finance.
• Excellent commercial, analytical, and strategic decision-making skills.
• Experience working with agile product and engineering organizations.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder-management capabilities.
