The Opportunity

A modern fintech organisation in Estonia is looking for a Digital Finance Operations Specialist to support critical operational processes across digital financial services.

This is a hands-on role focused on accuracy, process control, customer-related workflows, transaction administration, and operational coordination. The successful candidate will work with technology-enabled financial processes while collaborating with compliance, payments, product, customer support, and technology teams.

Core Responsibilities

Financial Operations

• Process and review operational requests relating to digital financial products.
• Monitor account, payment, transaction, and service workflows.
• Review financial information for accuracy and completeness.
• Investigate operational exceptions and coordinate appropriate resolutions.
• Support reconciliation and transaction-review activities.
• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.

Digital Services

• Assist with the administration of fintech platforms and digital financial products.
• Monitor workflow queues and ensure cases are processed within established procedures.
• Participate in testing new platform functionality and operational processes.
• Report system issues and collaborate with technology teams on resolution.
• Identify repetitive operational problems and contribute to process improvements.

Compliance & Control

• Follow established customer-verification and financial-control procedures.
• Support documentation requirements associated with regulated financial services.
• Escalate unusual or incomplete cases according to internal procedures.
• Handle confidential financial and customer information responsibly.
• Maintain strong standards of data accuracy and operational security.

What You Bring

• Professional experience in fintech, banking, payments, financial operations, or a related technology environment.
• Strong organisational and administrative capabilities.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with digital platforms, spreadsheets, CRM systems, workflow tools, and financial applications.
• Understanding of transaction processing and digital financial services.
• Ability to analyse operational problems and follow structured resolution processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
