An expanding digital-finance environment in Estonia is seeking a Digital Banking Implementation Specialist to support the implementation, configuration, testing, and operational deployment of digital banking and fintech solutions.

This is a delivery-focused role for a professional who enjoys taking a financial technology solution from requirements through testing and into practical operation. You will work across product, technology, operations, payments, customer teams, and external partners to ensure that new capabilities are introduced in a controlled and effective manner.

What You Will Do

• Support implementation of new digital banking and fintech capabilities.
• Coordinate implementation requirements across internal departments and external providers.
• Translate business requirements into practical implementation tasks.
• Assist with configuration and operational setup of financial platforms.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and implementation testing.
• Document test scenarios, results, defects, and resolutions.
• Investigate implementation issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Support data migration and validation activities where required.
• Assist with integrations involving banking, payment, identity, and financial-service platforms.
• Prepare operational procedures for newly implemented functionality.
• Coordinate readiness activities before new products or features go live.
• Monitor early-stage operational performance following implementation.
• Maintain implementation documentation and project records.
• Work with technical teams to resolve system and integration issues.
• Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidate Profile

This position would suit professionals with experience in fintech implementation, digital banking, payment technology, financial systems, software implementation, business analysis, or technology operations.

You should have:

• Strong understanding of financial technology environments.
• Excellent project and task-coordination skills.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting ability.
• Experience with testing and implementation processes.
• Ability to interpret business and technical requirements.

• Good understanding of digital banking or payment workflows.

Useful Technical Experience

Experience with banking platforms, payment gateways, digital wallets, open-banking APIs, CRM systems, ERP platforms, cloud services, API integrations, SQL, Postman, ticketing systems, or automated testing environments would be advantageous.

Knowledge of European digital-payment infrastructure and experience working with regulated financial technology environments would also be beneficial.
