We are looking for a Digital Assets Operations Specialist to support the operational lifecycle of digital-asset products and blockchain-based financial services.

The position combines operational control, transaction analysis, blockchain technology, customer processes, and financial-data accuracy. It is designed for a professional who can work methodically with complex transaction flows and technology-driven financial operations.

Core Responsibilities

• Monitor digital-asset transactions across supported blockchain networks.
• Review deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and transaction exceptions.
• Investigate failed, delayed, or incorrectly processed transactions.
• Reconcile blockchain activity against internal financial records.
• Monitor wallet and transaction statuses through internal and external systems.
• Maintain accurate operational records and transaction documentation.
• Support investigations involving unusual transaction behaviour.
• Coordinate technical escalation of blockchain-related incidents.
• Assist with operational testing for new digital-asset products and integrations.
• Review transaction data and identify recurring operational issues.
• Support improvements to digital-asset operational procedures and controls.
• Prepare structured reports covering transaction exceptions and operational performance.

What We Are Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in fintech operations, payments, digital assets, banking operations, or financial technology.
• Practical understanding of blockchain transactions and digital-asset infrastructure.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Comfortable working with transaction IDs, wallet addresses, blockchain explorers, and financial records.
• Strong Excel and data-analysis capabilities.
• Familiarity with APIs and financial technology platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and process discipline.
• Ability to investigate issues independently and escalate appropriately.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Valuable Experience

Exposure to Bitcoin, Ethereum, stablecoins, crypto custody, digital wallets, blockchain APIs, transaction monitoring, or exchange infrastructure would be beneficial.
