A growing financial-technology organisation in Estonia is looking for an FX Operations Specialist to support the daily processing of foreign-exchange transactions, client accounts, reconciliations, settlements, and operational controls.

This role is designed for someone who enjoys working with financial data, investigating exceptions, and ensuring that transactions move through operational processes accurately and efficiently.

What You Will Handle

• Monitor daily FX transactions and operational workflows.
• Review trade, account, settlement, and transaction records.
• Perform reconciliations between internal systems and external financial records.
• Investigate transaction discrepancies and operational exceptions.
• Coordinate with payment providers, brokers, banking partners, and internal teams.
• Support deposits, withdrawals, settlements, and account-related processes.
• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
• Monitor transaction statuses and follow outstanding cases through resolution.
• Assist with process controls and operational risk procedures.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend workflow improvements.
• Support reporting and operational data analysis.
• Follow established security, compliance, and customer-protection procedures.

What You Bring

• Experience in Forex, brokerage, banking, payments, fintech, or financial operations.
• Strong understanding of transaction-processing workflows.
• Good knowledge of reconciliations and financial data.
• Strong Excel or spreadsheet skills; SQL or data-analysis experience is advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work accurately with high volumes of financial information.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Comfortable working across multiple systems and operational processes.
