Role Summary

The Digital Asset Operations Specialist will coordinate operational activities associated with digital asset services, including transaction monitoring, wallet operations, reconciliation, settlement coordination, and operational reporting.

The position requires an understanding of digital asset transaction processes, financial operations, and blockchain-based infrastructure. The successful candidate will help maintain accurate transaction records, investigate operational discrepancies, and support the reliability of digital asset services.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational activities associated with digital asset transactions and financial technology services.

• Monitor transaction processing workflows and ensure accurate recording of incoming and outgoing transfers.

• Support wallet operations, including transaction verification, balance monitoring, and operational reconciliation.

• Investigate delayed, unsuccessful, or inconsistent transactions and coordinate appropriate resolution procedures.

• Maintain accurate operational records covering digital asset movements, transaction statuses, and settlement activities.

• Reconcile transaction information across internal systems and relevant external service providers.

• Work with technology teams to investigate blockchain transaction discrepancies and system-related operational issues.

• Monitor operational activities for unusual patterns and escalate potential security or compliance concerns.

• Support the implementation and maintenance of internal controls governing digital asset operations.

• Coordinate with compliance specialists on transaction reviews and relevant documentation requirements.

• Prepare periodic operational reports covering transaction volumes, reconciliation results, exceptions, and outstanding issues.

• Assist in testing system updates and operational workflows affecting digital asset processing.

• Maintain standard operating procedures and documentation for wallet management and transaction handling.

• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, transaction visibility, and reporting accuracy.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Relevant experience in digital asset operations, fintech operations, cryptocurrency services, or financial transaction processing.

• Understanding of blockchain transaction workflows and digital asset transfer processes.

• Familiarity with cryptocurrency wallets, transaction identifiers, and blockchain explorers.

• Knowledge of financial reconciliation, settlement procedures, and operational controls.

• Ability to investigate transaction discrepancies and maintain accurate operational records.

• Familiarity with financial technology platforms and digital asset management systems.

• Understanding of AML controls, transaction monitoring, and operational risk management.

• Strong analytical and organisational skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple operational priorities.

• Professional proficiency in English.
