We are seeking an experienced Blockchain Solutions Architect to design secure, scalable, and enterprise-grade blockchain solutions within an internationally oriented technology environment in Estonia.

This role is suited to an architecture professional who can translate complex business and technical requirements into robust distributed-ledger solutions. You will work across blockchain infrastructure, smart-contract platforms, APIs, cloud environments, security, data services, and enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end blockchain architectures for financial and technology applications.
• Define technical architectures covering distributed ledgers, smart contracts, APIs, backend services, and integration layers.
• Evaluate blockchain networks and technologies against scalability, security, performance, and operational requirements.
• Develop architectural standards for blockchain-based applications and digital-asset infrastructure.
• Work closely with engineering teams to translate architecture into production-ready implementations.
• Assess smart-contract architecture and integration requirements.
• Design secure interfaces between blockchain networks and traditional enterprise systems.
• Establish approaches for key management, transaction security, access control, and operational resilience.
• Evaluate performance, scalability, availability, and failure scenarios across blockchain infrastructure.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, security, compliance, and data teams.
• Produce architecture documentation, technical specifications, diagrams, and decision records.
• Assess emerging blockchain technologies and determine their practical enterprise value.

What You Bring

• Strong professional experience in solution architecture, software architecture, distributed systems, or blockchain engineering.
• Demonstrated experience designing blockchain or distributed-ledger solutions.
• Strong understanding of blockchain architecture, consensus mechanisms, wallets, transactions, nodes, and smart contracts.
• Experience with platforms such as Ethereum, EVM-compatible networks, Hyperledger, or comparable technologies.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, microservices, databases, cloud infrastructure, and event-driven architectures.
• Understanding of cryptography and blockchain security principles.
• Experience with programming languages such as Solidity, Java, Go, Rust, Python, or similar.
• Strong architectural documentation and technical communication skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
