We are looking for a Digital Asset Infrastructure Manager to oversee the development and operation of infrastructure supporting blockchain services, wallet systems, asset transfers, and institutional-grade digital-asset applications.

Role Overview

You will lead infrastructure initiatives across cloud platforms, blockchain nodes, deployment automation, and service reliability. The position combines technical leadership with operational ownership, requiring a strong understanding of distributed infrastructure and financial technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and operation of production blockchain infrastructure.

• Establish standards for infrastructure reliability, security, monitoring, and deployment.

• Oversee blockchain node management, RPC services, and network connectivity.

• Develop infrastructure automation using modern DevOps and platform-engineering practices.

• Coordinate with engineering teams on wallet, custody, transaction, and asset-transfer systems.

• Establish disaster-recovery and business-continuity procedures.

• Monitor system performance, availability, and operational risk.

• Lead incident management and post-incident improvement initiatives.

• Manage infrastructure roadmaps, technical priorities, and engineering resources.

• Evaluate cloud, blockchain, and infrastructure technologies.

• Maintain documentation, operational runbooks, and technical governance standards.

Candidate Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering.

• Experience leading infrastructure teams or major technical initiatives.

• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Linux, networking, and cloud platforms.

• Experience with blockchain nodes, RPC infrastructure, or digital-asset services.

• Proficiency in Terraform, Python, Go, or similar automation technologies.

• Understanding of high-availability architecture and production operations.

• Strong leadership, communication, and technical problem-solving skills.

Technical Environment

Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, AWS, Azure, GCP, Linux, Prometheus, Grafana, CI/CD, PostgreSQL, blockchain RPC, and distributed infrastructure.
