We are seeking an Advanced Digital Assets Compliance Architect to design sophisticated compliance frameworks for fintech platforms operating across digital assets, payments, and financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design technology-driven compliance architectures covering transaction monitoring, customer risk assessment, sanctions screening, and regulatory reporting.
• Translate complex regulatory requirements into scalable technical controls and automated compliance workflows.
• Architect real-time monitoring systems capable of identifying suspicious transaction patterns across multiple financial channels.
• Develop risk-classification frameworks combining customer, transactional, geographic, behavioral, and counterparty signals.
• Work with engineering teams to integrate compliance capabilities into APIs, payment platforms, wallets, and financial-data systems.
• Establish automated audit trails, compliance evidence repositories, and regulatory reporting pipelines.
• Lead compliance technology assessments for new fintech products and third-party financial integrations.
• Collaborate with legal, risk, cybersecurity, product, and engineering leadership on regulatory technology strategy.

Qualifications & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in fintech compliance technology, RegTech, financial crime systems, or financial infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of AML, KYC, transaction monitoring, sanctions controls, and digital-asset risk.
• Experience translating regulatory requirements into technical specifications and automated controls.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, data platforms, workflow automation, and financial transaction systems.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, stakeholder-management, and architectural skills.
