We are looking for a Web3 Solutions Consultant to work at the intersection of blockchain technology, financial services, and enterprise innovation.

Rather than focusing exclusively on one technical discipline, this role requires someone who can understand complex business requirements, identify where blockchain can provide genuine value, and translate those requirements into practical technology solutions.

What You’ll Lead

• Analyse client and business requirements for blockchain-enabled solutions.
• Design solution concepts covering blockchain platforms, smart contracts, APIs, wallets, and digital-asset infrastructure.
• Translate technical capabilities into clear commercial and operational use cases.
• Work with engineering teams to develop technically viable solution architectures.
• Prepare technical proposals, solution documentation, and implementation plans.
• Conduct technology assessments and proof-of-concept initiatives.
• Evaluate blockchain platforms according to scalability, security, interoperability, and operational requirements.
• Support solution demonstrations and technical stakeholder discussions.
• Identify integration requirements across existing financial and enterprise systems.
• Contribute to blockchain technology strategy and innovation initiatives.

Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years in technology consulting, solutions architecture, fintech, software engineering, or digital transformation.
• Strong understanding of blockchain architecture and Web3 technologies.
• Familiarity with smart contracts, APIs, wallets, tokenisation, and distributed-ledger systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, product leaders, executives, and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience creating technical documentation and solution architectures.
• Commercial awareness combined with strong technical judgement.
