A sophisticated fintech organization in Estonia is seeking a Senior RegTech Solutions Consultant to help financial institutions and technology teams translate regulatory requirements into scalable technology solutions.

The position combines regulatory technology, business analysis, solution design, data, automation, and client engagement. It is suited to a professional who understands both the regulatory problem and the technology required to solve it.

Your Mission

You will analyse complex compliance requirements and design practical technology solutions covering areas such as customer onboarding, transaction monitoring, screening, regulatory reporting, and financial-risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Analyse regulatory and compliance requirements and translate them into technology specifications.
• Design RegTech solutions supporting KYC, AML, transaction monitoring, screening, and reporting.
• Lead requirements-gathering workshops with financial institutions and internal stakeholders.
• Develop process maps, functional specifications, solution designs, and implementation plans.
• Work closely with engineering and product teams throughout solution delivery.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
• Support integration of compliance platforms with banking and fintech infrastructure.
• Evaluate data flows, system controls, and operational processes.
• Assist clients and stakeholders with solution adoption and implementation.
• Monitor regulatory and technology developments relevant to financial services.

Ideal Candidate

• 6+ years of experience in RegTech, fintech, banking, compliance technology, business analysis, or financial consulting.
• Strong understanding of KYC, AML, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, or regulatory reporting.
• Experience translating business and regulatory requirements into technology solutions.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with APIs, data integrations, workflow systems, and automation.
• Excellent stakeholder-management and presentation capabilities.
• Experience working with European financial-services organizations is highly valuable.
