Role Overview

We are seeking a UX/UI Designer to design intuitive, accessible, and visually consistent experiences for our digital banking and financial products. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders to understand customer needs and translate them into effective user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready interface designs.

The ideal candidate combines strong user-centred design principles with an understanding of financial workflows, data presentation, and the trust customers expect from financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile financial applications.
• Conduct user research, interviews, usability testing, and competitor analysis to identify customer needs and design opportunities.
• Develop user flows, information architecture, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity interface designs.
• Simplify financial tasks such as account registration, identity verification, account management, transaction history, and balance monitoring.
• Create clear visual hierarchies for financial information, forms, dashboards, notifications, and transaction details.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into practical design solutions.
• Ensure designs follow accessibility, usability, responsive design, and platform consistency principles.
• Participate in design reviews, usability testing, and iterative improvements based on customer feedback.
• Maintain design documentation and contribute to reusable interface components.
• Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of approved designs.
• Consider privacy, security, and error prevention when designing sensitive financial workflows.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Media, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is welcome.
• Demonstrable experience designing digital products, preferably in fintech, banking, insurance, or other regulated industries.
• Strong portfolio showing user research, interaction design, wireframes, prototypes, and final interface designs.
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with collaborative design and prototyping tools.
• Understanding of responsive design, usability testing, accessibility standards, and information architecture.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows and present financial information clearly.
• Experience working with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong visual design, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
• Professional English proficiency; Estonian language skills are an advantage.
