About the role

We’re looking for a Treasury Manager to help support Bolt’s growth through strong treasury operations, effective risk management and scalable financial processes. You’ll lead key activities across safeguarding, liquidity management and cash flow forecasting, while continuously improving the systems and processes behind them.
Treasury sits within Corporate Finance, alongside Debt Capital Markets, Investor Relations and M&A. Reporting to the Head of Treasury, you’ll work closely with teams across Corporate Finance, Tax, Core Finance, Commerce, Engineering and Legal, as well as international financial institutions. You’ll also lead treasury systems and banking projects and provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to a Treasury Analyst.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Lead safeguarding operations, overseeing daily execution and designing and maintaining operating procedures in close collaboration with Engineering, Product and other stakeholders.
• Manage daily treasury operations for a regulated entity, including liquidity management, treasury settlements and the development of a robust cash flow forecasting methodology.
• Manage liquidity and cash flow forecasting for Bolt operating companies, optimising pre-funding buffers and continuously improving liquidity management processes and procedures.
• Lead projects related to Treasury systems and Bolt’s banking landscape, identifying opportunities to improve automation and scalability.
• Monitor and strengthen internal controls across Treasury operations, ensuring timely execution in line with regulatory requirements.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to a Treasury Analyst.

  About you:

• Proven corporate treasury experience, including operational experience within a fintech or a financially regulated multinational environment.
• Solid familiarity with treasury operations, systems and technology.
• Strong interest in automation, scalability and continuously improving how treasury processes operate.
• A structured, well-organised working style with a hands-on approach.
• People leadership experience, combined with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English.
