We are seeking an experienced FX Treasury Manager to oversee liquidity planning, foreign-exchange exposure, funding requirements, and treasury operations within a sophisticated financial-services environment.

The role requires a strong understanding of currency markets, liquidity management, treasury controls, and financial risk. You will work closely with trading, finance, risk, operations, and banking-partner teams to maintain efficient and controlled treasury processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily FX liquidity positions across multiple currencies.
• Monitor currency exposures, funding requirements, and cash positions.
• Coordinate liquidity forecasting and short-term funding activities.
• Analyse FX market movements and their potential impact on treasury positions.
• Support hedging and foreign-exchange risk-management activities.
• Maintain relationships with banking and liquidity partners.
• Establish treasury controls, reconciliation procedures, and reporting standards.
• Produce detailed liquidity and exposure reports for senior management.
• Collaborate with trading and risk teams on currency-position management.
• Identify opportunities to improve treasury automation and operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile

• 6+ years of experience in FX, treasury, banking, brokerage, or financial markets.
• Strong understanding of foreign-exchange markets and liquidity management.
• Experience with multi-currency cash management and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Familiarity with treasury-management systems and financial-market platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Professional English; additional European-language capability is advantageous.
