A sophisticated fintech business in Estonia is looking for a Senior Fintech Treasury Technology Analyst to modernise the technology and analytical capabilities supporting treasury operations, liquidity management, and financial controls.

The role sits at the intersection of treasury, finance, data, payments, and technology. You will help transform treasury operations through automation, better data visibility, stronger reconciliation, and scalable financial systems.

Your Mission

You will analyse treasury processes, identify technology opportunities, and work with finance and engineering teams to improve how liquidity, cash positions, settlements, and financial exposures are monitored.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse treasury workflows and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Develop analytical models for cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, and financial planning.
• Improve visibility across bank accounts, payment channels, currencies, and settlement flows.
• Design requirements for treasury dashboards, reporting tools, and automated controls.
• Work with engineering teams to integrate banking and payment data.
• Improve reconciliation processes between internal systems, banks, and payment providers.
• Investigate discrepancies and identify underlying process or system causes.
• Develop reporting covering liquidity, settlement status, cash movements, and operational exceptions.
• Support foreign-exchange exposure analysis and multi-currency treasury processes.
• Establish data-quality standards for treasury information.
• Participate in implementation of treasury-management and financial-technology solutions.
• Prepare analysis and recommendations for finance and senior management.

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience in treasury, financial analysis, fintech, banking operations, payments, or financial technology.
• Strong understanding of liquidity, cash management, settlement, reconciliation, and financial controls.
• Excellent analytical and numerical capabilities.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong experience with SQL, BI, or comparable data tools.
• Ability to work effectively with finance and engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of financial systems and data flows.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
